Our fair and transparent refund policy for all payments
1. Overview
At Dars e Furqan, we want every student to be satisfied with their learning experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscription payments made on our platform.
Please read this policy carefully before making a payment. By completing a payment on our platform, you agree to this policy.
2. Free Trial — Try Before You Pay
All new students receive a 5-day FREE trial with full access to the platform. You can:
- Browse all teacher profiles
- Book and attend lessons
- Explore all platform features
We strongly encourage you to use your free trial to evaluate the platform before subscribing. This reduces the need for refunds significantly.
No payment is required during the free trial period.
3. Subscription Refund Rules
The following rules apply to subscription refund requests:

4. Lesson Cancellations
If a teacher cancels a lesson:
- You will receive a full credit for that lesson's slot
- You may rebook with the same teacher or choose another
If a student cancels a lesson:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before lesson → full credit returned
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before lesson → no credit (lesson is forfeited)
- No-show without any cancellation → no credit
Note: Subscription credits are not cash — they allow rebooking within your subscription period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with:
- Your registered email address
- The date of payment
- The amount paid
- The reason for your refund request
- Your Stripe payment reference number (found in your payment receipt email)

We will review and respond to your request within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Free trial period (no charge applies anyway)
- Subscription fees where the full subscription period has already been used
- Payments made outside of our platform directly to a teacher
- Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
7. Refund Processing Time
- We will respond to your request within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (card/account)
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- International transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank
8. Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
